Overview
We are providing the Manakamana Darshan Tour Sewa Package tour on a daily basis. Manakamana Cable Car station is located around 105 km away from Kathmandu city. It will take around 3 hours to reach Manakamana Cable car Station from Kathmandu. We are providing daily Manakamana Darshan Sewa on a group joining basis. Even an individual person can join our group to travel to Manakamana Temple. At 6:00 AM in the morning, our bus or van will depart, driving all the way to Manakamana Cable Car station. From there, we will take the cable car to Manakamana temple for darshan. Eventually, we will return to Kathmandu by evening, around 8:00 – 9:00 PM. Manakamana is the temple of Durga Bhawani (Hindu Goddess), situated in the Gorkha District of Nepal. Manakamana means “wishes”. It is believed that Goddess Manakaman fulfills the wishes of those who worship her with a pure heart.
Accommodations:
We will be staying at Alpine Hotel Nepal in Kathmandu, Mount Kailash Resort in Pokhara, and at teahouses during the trek. All accommodations are on a twin-shared basis. A single supplement will be served on request and will cost an additional USD350. Alpine Club of Himalaya will arrange rooms with attached washrooms. However, in some places, teahouses only have shared washing and toilet facilities. Additionally, it is important to note that while single rooms are readily available in Kathmandu and the trekking regions at lower elevations, it might be difficult to find them at higher elevations.
Meals:
During the trek, you can enjoy a variety of cuisines, including Nepali, Tibetan, Indian, and more common continental dishes. While staying in Kathmandu, only breakfast will be provided, whereas during the trek and climb, you will have access to all meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
While trekking, we will take breakfast in the same place where we stay the night. We can also arrange similar accommodations for dinner. As for lunch, we will have it en route to the next destination start and end in Kathmandu. The Manakamana Cable Car station is located approximately 105 km away from Kathmandu city, and the journey usually takes around 3 hours. Our Manakamana Darshan Sewa is available on a group joining basis, allowing even individual travelers to join our group for a visit to Manakamana Temple. The bus or van departs at 6:00 AM, heading towards the Manakamana Cable Car station. From there, we take the cable car to reach Manakamana temple for darshan, and we return to Kathmandu by 8:00 – 9:00 PM. Important Note for Manakamana Darshan Tour
Your safety is of paramount importance to us at the Alpine Club of Himalaya. We may cancel or modify the trip for safety reasons (weather, health, or natural disasters in remote mountainous regions). Please cooperate with the appointed group leader from the Alpine Club of Himalaya in such situations. However, we assure you that we will make every effort to keep to the above itinerary.
. During the climbing session, hygienic and freshly-cooked food will be provided. There will also be welcome and farewell dinners in Kathmandu.
