After arrival in Delhi, our representative will do the customs and immigrations formalities. The capital and the third largest city of India is a fusion of the ancient and the modern. Standing along the West End of Gangetic Plain, the capital city, Delhi, unwinds a picture rich with culture, architecture and human diversity, deep in history, monuments, museums, galleries, gardens and exotic shows. We can have pleasure to visit the Rajghat (resting place of Mahatma Gandhi), the Red Fort (once the Great Mughals ruled from it) and Jama Masjid (the largest mosque in Asia). Chandni chowk is though a little crowded worth a visit. We can have fun shopping here. Meals: Breakfast, Welcome Dinner

From this day, we start our tour from New Delhi covering visits to tourist destinations such as the Qutab Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple, India gate and Government Buildings. Later we continue our drive to Agra. On arrival at Agra we check in to the hotel and stay overnight. Meals: Breakfast

Morning at sunrise,we visit the world famous Taj Mahal, built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Also we visit Agra Fort, containing the Pearl Mosque – the rusty and majestic red- sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566. At the Diwan-I-Khas (hall of private audience) where marble pavilions with floral inlays lend an ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded peacock Throne and met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly kingdoms. Also we go for Itmad-up-Dau’s tomb, built by Noorjehan in memory of her father. In the afternoon we drive to Jaipur enroute visiting Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 to commemorate the birth of his son and later abandoned due to scarcity of water. Also we visit the remains, it fortifications within the city including Jama Masjid, Tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal and other palaces. We stay the overnight in Jaipur. Meals: Breakfast

Jaipur is the capital city of Rajasthan. Morning excursion to Amber Fort the ancient capital of the state until 1728 and we can see the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors, Jai Mahal and temple of Kali. Ascend, on elephant back, the hill on which the fort is situated. Afternoon city sight seeing tour, Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince. Ever since, it has retained the colour. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. We can visit Maharaja’s City Palace of winds. Meals: Breakfast

In the morning, we drive to Ranthambhore famous for the wildlife sanctuary which is said to have the India’s friendliest Tigers and also considered to be the best place in the world to photograph the tiger in its natural habitat, also a wonderful place for bird watching . Meals: Breakfast

This is the day which we spend by exploring around the Ranthambhore. It is located only 12 km from Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan. Perched on the easternmost point of the Aravalis, Ranthambore is known for its tiger reserve. Ranthambhore was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1955 and became part of Project Tiger in 1973. It is considered among the finest National Park in India with abandoned fort, lakes and above all friendly tigers. Ranthambhore National Park is famous for its tigers and one of the best places for tiger watching. Here tigers are even visible during daytime. It is the smallest Tiger Reserve in the country. The best time to visit is between Octobers to May when nature of deciduous forest makes tiger spotting easier. The Park covers an area of 400 sq km and is settled between Arawali and Vindhya ranges. The biosphere is home of jackal, hyena, sloth bear, leopard, cheetal, and mongoose and off course tigers. Meals: Breakfast

After breakfast, we head to Kota. The major attractions of Kota are City Palace, Fort, Rao Madho Singh Museum, island temple of Jagmandir situated in Kishore Sagar Lake, a paddleboat cruise in the lake, Govt. Museum and Chambal and Chatter Bilas. Kota is a fascinating mixture of medieval grandeur and modern industrialization. An impressive fort stands like a sentinel over the present day Chambal Valley project with its many dams- Kota Barrage, Gandhi Sagar, Rana Pratap Sagar and Jawahar Sagar, While an old palace, dating back to the time when Kota was part of the Hada Rajput fiefdom- Harawati of Hadoti-overlooks the Kota Barrage on the turbulent Chambal river. We leave early for the lake city of Udaipur visiting en route Chittorgarh to see the spectacular fort, lauded in legends of valor and chivalry. We can have the pleasure of visiting the Padmani’s Palace, Tower of Victory and Tower of Fame. Meals: Breakfast

This is the day entirely dedicated to Udaypur sightseeing. Built in 1559 A.D. by Maharaja Uday Singh, the city has been described as the most romantic spot on the continent of India by Col. James Todd. We can go for visiting the City Palace museum, the Jagdish temple, Sahelion Ki Bari ( Queen’s resort for their friends) Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandir ( Folk art museum) and the Pratap Memorial. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Like the usual days, we leave early. Morning drive into the Aravali hills to visit the 15th Century spectacular Jain temple at Ranakpur, noted for its outstanding sculpture. We continue on to Jodhpur, the second largest city of Rajasthan, founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha. We stay overnight in Jodhpur. Meals: Breakfast

We start early morning drive to Jaisalmer, where we will freshen up at the hotel and go for sightseeing. The highlights of the city are stunning. Jain temples inside the Sonar Quila, the palace museum inside this fort exhibiting, a rich collection of imperial dresses and artifacts belongs to the royal family of Jaisalmer, Havelis with convoluted designs and latticed windows such as Patwaon-ki-haveli and the Gadisar Lake, which seems beautiful at sunset. Meals: Breakfast

The day begins with tour of the city visiting the famous sight seeing attractions of Jaisalmer. On this day we will first visit the famous Jaisalmer Fort exploring the elegant palaces inside the Fort complex. Thereafter we visit the famous Jain temples in the area. The evening will be marked for viewing sand dunes in the evening with a camel ride at the desert which will be the most enticing memory of the Rajasthan. Meals: Breakfast

We leave Jaisalmer early and head towards Bikaner. Bikaner lies in the north of Rajasthan on a little elevated ground. A 7 km long besieged wall, having five gates, surrounds the city. Speckled with sand dunes, Bikaner occupied an important position on the ancient caravan routes. Upon arrival we check into our Hotel. In the afternoon, we go to visit the Junagarh Fort and the Camel Breeding Farm. Meals: Breakfast

As every other morning, today as well we drive to Mandawa. Afternoon visit includes Mukandgarh/Mandava, founded in 1755 by Thakur Nawal Singh and still the home of his descendants, has beautiful frescoes, havelis(castles) and mansions. Mandawa castle one of the finest castles of Rajasthan, is now a hotel and house of collection of armories, costumes of ancestors, canons from 1820 ancient coins, numismatic collection and many other interesting items, preserved in a museum. The beautiful wall paintings that decorate the havelis of Mandawa in Rajasthan, India, have seen the themes changing from time to time. In the earlier days, mythology dominated the themes of the frescoes, displaying local legends, animals, portraits, hunting and wrestling scenes, etc. 19th century saw the themes being changed to reflect the British influence on the Indian culture.
