If you wish to cancel your tour, you must notify ACH in writing. Once ACH receives your notice, the cancellation will take effect subject to the following:
- If cancellation occurs before 90 days of your departure date, your full deposit will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs after 90 days of your departure date, 20% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 60 days of your departure date, 30% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 30 days of your departure date, 50% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 15 days of your departure date, 70% of the tour price will be forfeited.
- If cancellation occurs before 7 days of your departure date, 100% of the tour price will be forfeited.
No refunds are made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip starts and refunds will be at the discretion of ACH if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reason. No refunds will be made for accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or any services not used.
For all 2022, 2023 & 2024 Departures, booked in 2022
- A mere 5% booking deposit of the total cost is required to confirm all 2022, 2023 & 2024 departures
- The second installment of 20% should be made 3 months prior to the trip start date.
- Final payment should be made 1 month before the trip start date.
- Book Now & Travel anytime between 2022, 2023 & 2024. Your deposit is secure, transferable at your will, or rescheduled for a future date; there are no surcharges or penalties, or fees.
These rules do not apply to Holiday/ Trip Packages bought through third-party websites. They shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the website from which the Alpine Club of Himalaya was booked. Alpine Club of Himalaya will not be accountable for any refunds for excursions booked through third-party websites.
