Australian Camp and Sarangkot Trek – 3 Days

Australian Camp

After breakfast, head on a short drive to Phedi. The drive takes you across the central hills with grand views of the landscape. After around a 45 minutes drive you will finally reach Phedi, the starting point of your trek. From Phedi traversing through terrace fields and lush agricultural land starts your trek. Following the uphill tracks as you gain altitude the landscape changes into lush, forested trails. Along the way witness grand views of the Himalayas.
Upon reaching Australian camp relax and soak in the grand views of the sun setting from the porch of your tea house. The peaks of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Machhapuchhre, Annapurna IV, Annapurna III, Annapurna II, Lamjung Himal, and Manaslu change according to the rays of the sun.

View from Australian Camp

Wake up before dawn and catch mesmerizing views of the sunrise. After breakfast head on the trail, following through lush woodlands to Naudanda (Nine hills). Here stop for lunch soaking in the grand views of the landscape. Next, following the ridge section dotted with the dense settlement of various ethnic groups. Head towards the famous vantage point of Pokhara the Sarangkot hill.
Upon reaching Sarangkot witness the grand panoramic view of the valley, distant hills, lakes, and mountains. Enjoy the views during the sunset, Annapurna Massif, Fishtail Mountain, Dhaulagiri range, and Manaslu changing its white peaks into an array of colors.

Pokahra

Catch the grandeur views of the sun rising. After basking in the morning rays of sun witness grand panoramic views head towards the trail. Hiking through picturesque hills dotted with villages and terrace farms move down towards the valley. Upon reaching the base head on a short drive towards your accommodation.
Upon reaching Pokhara after a quick refreshment head out to explore the city. The city has various attractions to choose from. Later stroll by the banks of Phewa lake and visit various pubs and restaurants in the region.
