Trying various organic coffee, and visiting shops and farms get an insight into the cultivation, harvest, and production of the local coffee industries.
Nepal is renowned for its tea industry. But in recent times the coffee culture has taken a boom. Various cafes around every corner of the valley provide locals brewed coffees. The history of coffee dates back to 1938 when a hermit named Hira Giri brought coffee to Nepal from Myanmar. The cultivation was first done at Aapchaur in Gulmi. Later spread throughout the country. As time went on various commercial farms thrived around the country producing several kinds of coffees.
The coffee industry has a very wide potential in the country. Various regions of the country have the perfect climate, and topography for coffee. So from the central hills to the southern mid hills, several farms are operating providing several varieties of coffees.

The trip starts after participants land in Kathmandu. A short drive to the northern outskirts of the Shivapuri Hills. Brings you to Chhahari Retreat nested in the deep wilderness.
The following day explores the wonders of the valley visiting various UNESCO world heritage sites and learning about the rich history and culture of the country. Also, visit various coffee shops around the valley. Next head towards Lekali Coffee estate a farm perched in the hills of central Nepal. A long drive across hills following river networks with grand views of the Himalayas will eventually bring you to the Lekali Coffee estate. At the farm try various coffee products explore around and head on various activities. Get an insight into the farming, harvesting, and processing of coffee. Soaking in the vibrant energy of the region enjoy various coffee products. After exploring the farm head back to Kathmandu. The following day visits other ancient attraction around the valley which marks the end of the tour.
Meals:
Hygienic and authentic Nepali meals are provided. Also, western and continental meals are available throughout the tour.
Various drinking water taps are accessible with natural water supplies. However direct use of the water is not recommended. Buy bottled water or water purification tablet, and chlorine drops.
