Kanchenjunga Circuit Trek – 21 Days

The Kanchenjunga South Base Camp Trek is a long and remote high-altitude expedition reaching up to 5,140 meters at Pang Pema, crossing multiple high passes such as Sele La and Sinelapche Bhanjyang. Proper equipment is essential for safety, comfort, and successful completion of the journey.

1. Trekking Bags

• One large duffel bag (70–100 liters), preferably waterproof, for porter transport
• One daypack (25–35 liters) for daily essentials
• Rain cover for both bags
• Internal dry bags or plastic liners for waterproof protection

2. Clothing System (Layering Approach)

Base Layer

• Two to three pairs of thermal tops (moisture-wicking, quick-dry)
