This tour packs sightseeing, wildlife, hiking, and Nepali food into a single trip. It starts in Kathmandu, where you visit some of the city's old temples, stupas, and historic squares. The cooking class is also here. You work with a local instructor, learn what goes into Nepali cooking (spices, lentils, rice, and local vegetables), and prepare traditional dishes yourself before eating them.
From there the trip moves to Chitwan, where you spend time in and around the national park looking for wildlife. Chitwan is known for its one-horned rhinos and many bird species, so this part is mostly about early starts and watching quietly.
You then spend a night at Australian Camp, a simple camping spot away from the cities where you sleep outdoors and wake up to the surroundings. The last major activity is a hike through Shivapuri National Park, on the edge of Kathmandu Valley, with forest trails and a break from the city.
This 15-day journey brings together Nepal's culture, nature, wildlife, mountains, and rural lifestyle in one itinerary. You will experience historic cities, jungle activities, mountain scenery, short hikes, traditional villages, and local experiences without spending the entire trip on a demanding trek.
The itinerary also allows you to experience Nepal at different elevations, from the lowland forests of Chitwan to the Himalayan foothills around Pokhara and Australian Camp.
This tour combines cultural sightseeing, wildlife experiences, hiking, and Nepali culinary traditions in a single itinerary. A highlight is the cooking class in Kathmandu, where you can learn about local ingredients, cooking techniques, and traditional Nepali food through a hands-on experience.
From exploring ancient heritage sites and watching wildlife in Chitwan to spending a night at Australian Camp and hiking through Shivapuri National Park, the journey offers different ways to experience Nepal beyond conventional sightseeing.
Explore the historic cities of Kathmandu, Patan, and Bhaktapur, with their ancient temples, courtyards, palaces, and traditional Newari architecture.
Enjoy a scenic hike through the hills and rural landscapes around Nagarkot, a popular viewpoint destination outside Kathmandu.
Experience Nepal's wildlife through a jeep safari, bird watching, canoeing, and a visit to the Elephant Breeding Center.
Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Pokhara and explore one of Nepal's most scenic destinations before heading toward the Annapurna foothills.
Spend a night in the mountains at Australian Camp and enjoy forest trails, peaceful surroundings, and Himalayan views when weather conditions are favorable.
Explore the preserved Newari architecture, old bazaar, local culture, and hilltop surroundings of historic Bandipur.
Shivapuri National Park is a peaceful forested area on the northern edge of Kathmandu Valley, known for hiking trails, lush forests, wildlife, and panoramic views of the valley and surrounding hills. It offers a refreshing nature experience close to Kathmandu.
Take part in a hands-on cooking experience and learn how traditional Nepali dishes are prepared using local ingredients and cooking methods.
